2026 SfN Membership Voucher Terms & Conditions

SfN members who join or renew for 2026 (or who activate a two-year membership) before December 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST, are eligible to receive a $15 voucher toward one purchase at the SfN Store — either:

On-site at Neuroscience 2025, or
Online at ShopSfN.com

How You'll Receive Your Voucher

If you join/renew on-site at Neuroscience 2025 (either at Attendee Services in the Sails Pavilion, or at the SfN booth in the Exhibit Hall, #1813), you’ll receive your voucher immediately upon completing your transaction.
If you join/renew online, your voucher will be sent to the email address on your My SfN account upon completing your transaction.

Redemption Details

Vouchers are valid for a single transaction at one store location — either on-site at Neuroscience 2025, or online at ShopSfN.com.
Vouchers must be presented to an SfN cashier before in-person purchase or entered online as a discount code during checkout.
On-site redemption location: SfN Store, located in the SfN booth in the Exhibit Hall, #1813.
On-site redemption hours: Sunday, November 16–Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. PST.
If not used on-site at Neuroscience 2025, vouchers can only be redeemed online before the expiration date of December 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST.

Usage Guidelines

Voucher applies as a one-time $15 discount on store merchandise.
If your purchase exceeds $15, you are responsible for paying the difference.
If your purchase is under $15, the voucher covers the full cost — no cash refund is given for the balance.

Restrictions

Vouchers can only be used once, for a single transaction in one store location.
Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be copied, sold, bartered, or modified.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Vouchers cannot be applied toward shipping charges for online store purchases.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
All conditions must be met to apply the offer.
