SfN Membership Promotion for #SfN24 Attendees

Terms & Conditions

  1. Neuroscience 2024 in-person attendees who become a 2025 Society for Neuroscience (SfN) member (i.e, join SfN or renew their SfN membership for the 2025 calendar year, or activate a two-year membership covering 2025 and 2026 calendar years) before or during Neuroscience 2024 are eligible to receive a $15.00 voucher/coupon that can be applied toward a single purchase at one of the on-site SfN Store locations* at Neuroscience 2024.
    1. Individuals who complete their membership transaction in person during the meeting — either at Neuroscience 2024 Attendee Services (Hall A McCormick Place) or the membership counter at the SfN booth (Exhibit Hall, booth #605) — will receive this voucher upon completing their transaction.

    2. Individuals who complete their membership transaction online AND show proof of their transaction to SfN membership staff stationed at the SfN booth or Attendee Services are also eligible to receive this voucher.

    *Two on-site SfN Store locations at the McCormick Place Convention Center (the main in-person venue for Neuroscience 2024):
    1) Main SfN Store location: SfN Booth in the Exhibit Hall (#605)
    2) "Pop-up" SfN Store location: Hall A

  2. Offer is only valid for Neuroscience 2024 in-person attendees who activate their 2025 or 2025–2026 two-year SfN membership before or during Neuroscience 2024 (deadline: Wednesday, October 9, 5 p.m. CDT). Offer is not extended to individuals participating in the virtual component of Neuroscience 2024.

  3. Voucher can only be redeemed at the on-site SfN Store during store opening hours, defined as 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CDT, Sunday, October 6**–Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Voucher must be redeemed before Wednesday, October 9, 2024, 5 p.m. CDT.
    **Note: "Pop-up" store in the Hall A is also open Saturday, October 5.

  4. Voucher can only be applied toward the recipient's purchase at an on-site location of the SfN Store and cannot be combined with any other offer.

  5. Voucher can only be redeemed on-site at Neuroscience 2024 and can NOT be applied toward purchases made via the online SfN Store.

  6. Voucher is good for a one-time $15.00 reduction of the recipient's purchase at the on-site SfN Store.

  7. Voucher must be redeemed during a single purchase at the on-site SfN Store and cannot be split among multiple transactions.

  8. Voucher is unique to the recipient and cannot be transferred, auctioned, traded, copied, bartered, modified, or sold.

  9. Voucher cannot be used more than once.

  10. Voucher is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.

  11. To be redeemed, voucher must be presented to on-site SfN Store cashier in person, prior to completing purchase.

  12. Voucher can be applied toward recipient’s total purchase. If recipient purchases item(s) valued at greater than $15.00, recipient is responsible for paying the difference. If recipient’s purchase is valued at less than $15.00, voucher will cover full cost of the purchase, and there is no cash refund for the difference.

  13. This offer cannot be applied if all conditions are not met.
