# 2027 SfN Membership Voucher Terms & Conditions

SfN members who [renew for 2027](https://www.sfn.org/membership) (or who activate a two-year membership) at the 2026 annual meeting are eligible to receive a **$15 voucher** toward one purchase at the on-site SfN Store at Neuroscience 2026.

**Please note:** This year’s voucher is **valid only for on‑site purchases** at the SfN Store during Neuroscience 2026. It **cannot** be redeemed at the online store (ShopSfN.com).

**How You'll Receive Your Voucher**

- If you renew **on-site** at Neuroscience 2026 (either at Attendee Services, or at the [SfN booth](https://sfn25.smallworldlabs.com/co/society-for-neuroscience) in the Exhibit Hall, #1103), you’ll receive your voucher immediately upon completing your transaction.
- If you renew **online**, you can stop by the SfN booth or Attendee Services membership counter to pick up a voucher (after the SfN staff member has confirmed your renewal in the system).

**Redemption Details**

- Vouchers are valid for a single transaction on-site at Neuroscience 2026.
- Vouchers must be presented to an SfN cashier before in-person purchase.
- Redemption location: SfN Store, located in the [SfN booth](https://sfn25.smallworldlabs.com/co/society-for-neuroscience) in the Exhibit Hall, #1103.
- Redemption hours: **Sunday, November 15–Wednesday, November 18, 2026, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. EST**.

**Usage Guidelines**

- Voucher applies as a **one-time $15 discount** on store merchandise.
- If your purchase exceeds $15, you are responsible for paying the difference.
- If your purchase is under $15, the voucher covers the full cost — **no cash refund** is given for the balance.

 **Restrictions**

- Vouchers can **only be used once**, for a single transaction in one store location.
- Vouchers are **non-transferable** and may not be copied, sold, bartered, or modified.
- Vouchers are **not redeemable for cash**.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- All conditions must be met to apply the offer.
